Who is it for?
We're looking for the most promising early-stage crypto, blockchain, and Web3 developers to participate in our 3 day hackathon in Austin. If you’ve always wanted to build a project or want to take an existing project to the next level, we want you at the EasyA Consensus Hackathon!
As an added bonus, everyone who is approved to participate in the Consensus Hackathon will receive a complimentary Consensus Developer Pass granting full access to the 3 days of Consensus. Hackathon Application Criteria and How to Apply
We are welcoming developers and builders across all levels of experience and expertise but we will be prioritizing developers who have built projects in the past or currently work in a product or engineering role professionally.
Eligibility for Hackathon:
- Active Github Repository
- Currently employed in a product or engineering role
- Students interested in building crypto and blockchain based projects
- Links to past projects or past hackathon participation
This is your moment to shine at the event that brings together all sides of the cryptocurrency, blockchain and Web3 community.
To apply for the EasyA Consensus Hackathon, please submit your application at the link below and please ensure you fully complete all the sections in order to increase your chances of acceptance.
Application approvals will be granted on a rolling basis. Priority will be given to applicants who apply before April 1, 2024. We anticipate that we may reach capacity so we strongly encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible.
Once you have been accepted, you will receive an email prompting you to register your complimentary Developer Pass to Consensus which grants you full access to the event across 3 days and exclusive access to the EasyA Consensus Hackathon area.
Approved applicants will receive an email to register for their complimentary Developer Pass in order to participate in the EasyA Consensus Hackathon onsite at Consensus on May 29-31 in Austin, Texas. Approved applicants must register within 30 days of approval. Once you have completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket information.
For developers participating in the EasyA Consensus Hackathon, you will have a dedicated area on the 4th floor of the Austin Convention Center where you can pick up your badge. The 4th floor will be where the hackathon takes place during Consensus with a dedicated area for participants to work on their projects with complimentary food and drinks.
