Thomas Perfumo is the Chief Economist for Kraken. During his 8-year tenure at Kraken, he has served multiple roles, including as Head of Strategy, where he was responsible for the development and execution of Kraken's global corporate strategy. Prior to Kraken, Thomas was an equity long/short analyst for Moore Capital Management, where he focused on both public and private equity investment opportunities, specializing in event-driven or special situations investment strategies. Thomas has been a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder since 2018. He earned a B.S. degree from the Stern School of Business at New York University, majoring in Finance and Mathematics.
