Taylor Lindman

Taylor Lindman joined the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in early 2026 and serves as the Chief Counsel of the SEC’s Crypto Task Force.

Prior to joining the SEC, Mr. Lindman served as Deputy General Counsel at Chainlink Labs, advising on regulatory and legal issues at the intersection of digital assets, market infrastructure, and emerging financial technologies. Earlier in his career, he worked in private practice at Perkins Coie LLP and Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, where he counseled clients on securities and banking regulations, related compliance programs, internal controls, and policy development, including matters involving tokenization and novel financial products. Mr. Lindman earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and his B.A. from the George Washington University.
