He brings a wealth of experience from public accounting, industry, and crypto-native startups, and most recently served as Executive Director over the IRS Office of Digital Assets. Seth played a key role in developing IRS guidance on basis tracking and informational reporting for crypto transactions, giving him unique insight into regulatory expectations and compliance in the digital asset space. He advises a wide range of clients—including miners, exchanges, funds, family offices, and corporates—supporting both crypto-native organizations and traditional companies entering digital assets. His deep technical expertise combined with a practical, industry perspective adds significant value to our clients and teams. Over the past 8 years, Seth has been a prominent public voice on crypto tax issues, sharing his insights through participation in numerous panels and speaking engagements at both industry and professional events.
