Michael Ciklin (JD, MBA, MRE) is the General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer of the Ether Machine where he oversees legal, financial strategy, treasury operations, and capital markets execution.
Michael brings over 16 years of experience in investing and financial markets analysis with a focus on structured credit and complex capital structures. He has served as Director of Research at Perini Capital until taking on his position with the Company, and previously served as Portfolio Manager at Perini Capital where he led the firm’s special situations investing with a focus on fixed income, preferred equity, and common equity securities.
He previously served as Vice President at SPB Partners, Associate at Savills Studley, and Senior Financial Analyst at MGM Resorts. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and JD, MBA, MRE degrees from the University of Florida.
