May Zabaneh is the Vice President and General Manager of Crypto at PayPal, responsible for leading the product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and delivering customer experiences to market for Crypto and Remittances. Prior to this role she was VP of PayPal’s Global Professional Services organization, driving business results and growth by providing global solutions, partner implementations, and revenue protection with technical servicing. May has held other roles at PayPal that were all centered around PayPal’s revenue and activation goals, while providing key customer insights and direction to product development, setting solution strategy, and delivering products to market.
