Lionel Williams is Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at Light Node Ventures, where he leads partnerships and capital formation across Web3 and payment infrastructure.He has helped drive a $4M+ partnership pipeline and supported $140M+ in capital raised across high-growth portfolios. His work focuses on aligning institutional capital with blockchain infrastructure to scale real-world use cases. He brings experience across enterprise partnerships, strategic accounts, and financial operations, with a foundation in AML and financial analysis at JPMorgan and Capital One, and business development at FTX. He holds a Master’s degree from Northwestern State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University, where he was a collegiate football player.
