Lindsay Fraser is the Chief Policy Officer at Blockchain Association, where she leads the organization’s policy strategy and advocacy in Washington, D.C. She previously served as Senior U.S. Policy Lead at Uniswap Labs, helping shape federal engagement for one of the industry’s leading decentralized finance platforms. Lindsay has also held various policy roles across the financial services industry, as well as in the Office of Management and Budget. Lindsay holds an M.A. from Georgetown University and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
