Her work focuses on enabling the responsible growth of onchain financial infrastructure, including institutional adoption and privacy-enhancing technologies. She previously served as Chief Global Regulatory Officer and General Counsel at the Crypto Council for Innovation and as Chief Policy & Regulatory Officer of Centre Consortium, the standard-setting body behind USDC. She also founded Digital Self Labs, a Web3 regulatory and policy advisory firm. Earlier in her career, she held roles at the Federal Reserve, U.S. Treasury, SEC, OCC, U.S. Senate, and the Financial Stability Board at the Bank for International Settlements. She has testified before Congress and is a leading voice on digital asset regulation globally.
