Griffin Sears is Head of Derivatives at FalconX, where he leads the firm’s global derivatives trading business, overseeing a broad range of derivatives products for institutional clients. Since joining FalconX in 2022, he has played a key role in scaling the derivatives platform from an early-stage initiative into an industry leading crypto options market maker. Griffin brings extensive market expertise, with a background in FX derivatives spanning sales and structuring. Prior to FalconX, he held a position in FX sales at Deutsche Bank. He earned a B.B.A. in Finance from Emory University.
