Dan Wong serves as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Binance.US. Dan is an experienced legal, finance, and business professional with two decades of experience advising organizations ranging from early-stage startups to publicly traded companies. Before joining Binance.US, Dan served as VP, Head of Legal at Homebound Technologies, Inc. Prior to that, Dan held senior roles at Snap Inc. and was a practicing lawyer at Wilson Sonsini. Dan holds a B.A. in Accounting and Business Communications from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. Dan is also a certified public accountant.
