Boris Alergant is a fintech and crypto executive currently leading go-to-market at Babylon Labs, where he focuses on unlocking Bitcoin as a productive, yield-generating asset. Prior to Babylon, Boris spent six years at Ripple, where he led the RLUSD stablecoin initiative from concept to launch and drove ecosystem development activities across DeFi and global payments. Earlier in his career, he spent seven years in investment banking and sales & trading at JPMorgan and MUFG. Boris has been working professionally in crypto since 2018 and brings deep expertise across business development, GTM, and institutional adoption. He is a CFA charterholder and holds an MBA from The Wharton School and an MA from the Lauder Institute.
