In this 90-minute working session, Craig Hatkoff and Christa Gyori will run a live Dragon Camp experience built around an active strategic case Craig is bringing into the room. Participants will put multiple AI agents to work on the same challenge, alongside the domain expertise gathered around the table.

Together, we will examine where the models converge, where they diverge, what they assume, what they hallucinate, and which anomalies may be pointing at something real. The Dragon Camp premise is simple: any confident answer to a serious strategic question is a flat picture of a three-dimensional problem. Strategic advantage comes from seeing the whole shape.

This session will feed Craig’s later spotlight session, Reimagining the Rails: Verimatics, Trustworthy AI, and the Bitcoin-Blockchain Ecosystem in the Quantum Era. What surfaces in this room will help shape the questions carried into that talk.

The session will also introduce a Dynex Quantum Computing lens: how to recognize when a strategic challenge is actually a deeper computational problem, one that calls for exploration, optimization, or discovery beyond conventional tools.
